Make sure your hotel and your company, management and staff team have all the advantages of being part of The Scottish Hotel Guide and our established official process and event The Scottish Hotel Awards. Together they make up The Scottish Hotel Awards & Guide Scheme.
The Scottish Hotel Guide site with its Recommendation Rating has been designed using years of hotel guide experience plus input from leading Scots hoteliers. Launched in late 2009 following a year's development and 6-month Beta test phase it will reach full strength by early 2010.
The Scottish Hotel Awards, 'Scotland's hotel Oscars', which our team has organised for 7 years, will be held on Sunday March 28th. "Scotland's flagship hotel awards" said First Minister Alex Salmond who presented the top awards in 2007. Our official awards website has operated since 2003.
Participation is arranged on a hotel-by-hotel basis as each package is different; it depends, too, upon the extent to which you would like to be / can be involved in the awards. Membership is by way of one annual fee. There may (in some more extensive cases) be additional judging fees of £50 per category, made clear when we formally agree with you the categories your hotel will be included within.
