(2) The Judges thank all participating hotels for their assistance with the awards process.

(3) From 2011 onwards only Members of The Scottish Hotel Awards & Guide Scheme will be included in the necessary full process.

(4) Winning hotels may display the awards logo dated 2010 as long as the award or commendation won is named underneath the logo.

(5) Awards may be withdrawn at any point in the 12 months after presentation if the Judges decide circumstances have so changed.
